Meetings and Minutes
The Parish Council usually meets on the last Tuesday of the month at 10 am.
There is no meeting in August and December.
The Planning Committee meets as required, when there are planning applications which must be commented on before the next full Parish Council meeting.
The Finance and General Purposes Committee also meets as required, if there is a financial or other matter which must be considered before the next full Parish Council meeting.
The Annual Village Meeting is a meeting of parish electors. It is hosted by the Parish Council but is not a Parish Council meeting. It must be held annually between 1 March and 1 July.
The Annual Parish Council meeting is when the Chair and Vice-Chair are elected, councillors are elected to Committees and representatives, who do not need to be councillors, are allocated to various functions and outside bodies.
Agendas for Parish Council and Committee Meetings must be published 3 clear days prior to the meeting, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Draft Minutes of Parish Council and Committee meetings must be made available within 28 days of the meeting.
Minutes are approved at the next meeting.
